Returns and Refunds

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled anytime up until they are dispatched. Once your order leaves the nursery, it is no longer possible to cancel the order, and any unwanted goods need to be returned to us within 30 days of receipt.

Returns

We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of you receiving your order. Please inform us immediately if you would like to return any of your purchases. The buyer is responsible for any return postage costs (unless the item is faulty).

Please note, it is not possible to return any plants once they have been planted, so please check you are happy with your order before planting. 

All returns must be sent using a tracked service.

We will refund the purchase price of the returned item within 3 working days of receiving the product back in good condition.
