Dispatch Times

We normally dispatch your order within 2 or 3 working days. If there are any delays, we will contact you immediately.

Delivery Information

We offer free standard delivery on most of our products across the UK (including Highlands and Islands). Standard delivery normally takes 2 to 3 working days after dispatch. The main exclusion is fruit trees, we can only send these to UK Mainland, Northern Ireland and Southern Ireland (Not highlands or Islands for these unfortunately) 

We can usually deliver the most of our products to the furthest part of the UK including Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and the Channel Islands. Delivery to these locations may take a little longer and may incur and extra surcharge. If there are any issues with delivery to your location, we'll let you know as soon as possible, and offer you a prompt refund if we can't deliver to you.

Next working day delivery may be available through Parcelforce 24, for an additional cost, please contact us before placing your order to see if this service is available.

Ireland Delivery

We offer delivery to Southern Ireland (ROI). The cost is £14.95 per order and delivery time is around 2-3 working days. To assist us with your order, please include your Eircode with your address.
